Business Plan Process

1 Your business plan is crucial, and we will discuss every step in its creation. Your plan must convey the details of your business and overall vision. We will clarify any concepts and will develop the plan in a way that best fits your business. After discussing your ideas, we can present you with a final product. 

2 We will send you an NDA (non-disclosure agreement), you need it to protect your intellectual property and a service agreement. After we receive signed paperwork our work can begin.

3 At this phase, we’re ready to start gathering financial information. We’ll send you a questionnaire that helps us determine your financial situation. We’ll review your responses in detail, and then schedule an additional phone call to discuss any specifics as needed.

We will complete first financial plan draft in 5 working days, then send it back to you. We will make revisions as needed. You will receive up to 5 revisions at no extra charge. Each revision will additional 2 days.

4 At this stage you will be provided Business Assessment Questionnaire. Once completed we will examine results and, if necessary, schedule additional time to speak with you.

Our market intelligence department receives the required information about your business, location, and other specifics for purpose of conducting competitors’ analyses and demographics studies. 

It takes 5 business days to assemble your business plan draft. You’ll receive a draft copy for your revisions.

We offer two rounds of changes for the business plan revisions. In addition, we will require a minimum of two business days after our initial draft to complete revisions to the business plan.

5 Once final draft plan has been revised, you will receive final version in PDF and MS Word formats.
